Tuesday night
I'm beginning to be sick of storms. This is the fourth serious one in the last ten days, and that's just a little more than I feel is necessary!
Our mail was workingish this morning. For the first hour, it would just download the first mail, struggle with the second a while, and then time out. This caused me to receive a billion copies of my joke of the day. :) After a while, though, it just.. zoomed back to life. Zoomed being: worked. It's still slower than I think it should be. But at least I've had email today!
I washed and fixed my hair today and the final verdict on my haircut is a thumbs-up. It looks cute.
So. Other than that.. Mom called while I was fixing lunch and wanted me to go to Pizza Hut and Goody's with her. I couldn't go eat, and I didn't particularly want to go to Goody's.. they never have anything for me. So. She made me feel kind of guilty though so I went out to Goody's with her after all. As expected, nothing. So I came home and read and sent mails and then worked on the mandolin site. Made some progress, and some fairly good progress, at that. Came up with a good idea for pictures and updating. Then the storms started being discussed, and my hubby kind of wanted me to leave here and find a better place to wait it out. So I went to eat at Pasquale's with the parents. M got off work early because of the storm, and we got home at just about the same time. Within a minute of each other, even. So since then he's had dinner and we've done the online thing.
I've been listing to Spinner radio today. Online radio.. I'm pretty sure it's magic. One of those things that can't possibly exist. :)
Tomorrow is an early work day for Magnus and he'll get home at 7ish, and then he has Friday off! Yay!
Plans for tomorrow: work on mandolin site, consider the possibility of either working on my new picture album or putting it away, straighten up house. I guess that's all I can think of. This has not been a very interesting entry. I shall try again tomorrow..
