Tuesday night
For the first time since we got home, I'm still awake, without having fallen asleep on the couch, at 11:30. Yay me!
On the other hand, I can't think of what it is I should be doing at the moment. Magnus is failing at making a new CD.. it's the third attempt and for some reason it's refusing to work. Maybe I'll have to fix it for him later.... :)
Here I am, proud that I'm awake so late, and all I can think about is going to bed. *giggle*
I realized earlier that I'm in the middle of reading five different books. I've never thought that it was necessary to finish one before starting on another, but five might be a little excessive even for me! However, I suppose I'm not actively reading all of them at once.
What I'm Reading Now:
Counterfeit Lady, Jude Deveraux
The Physics of Christmas, Roger Highfield
The Two Towers, JRR Tolkien,
Designing Web Usability, Jakob Nielsen,
Vill Gå Hem, Jonas Gardell
The first one is a romance novel (there's usually something light in this slot, in general.. I go through them much more quickly than the others.. one per day or two, typically), the second explains how Christmas works, the third a requisite thing for any true geek to have read, the fourth something I've been very slowly working on for the last year (interesting, usually sensible, but not all that entertaining, ya know), and the fifth one my current Learn Swedish project. I'd like to get a few of them off the list by now, though.
Anyway. I could make more book lists, but I'll refrain for the moment and just go get ready for bed. G'night!
