Wednesday night
I've already fallen asleep on the couch once tonight. Getting up that early must not agree with me. :)
Today's been a pretty good day, considering. Nothing or noone personally injured in the flood. Magnus got his drug testing done. It's not supposed to rain again until Monday. Alton Brown was on (even if it was a rerun, it was a good rerun that we hadn't seen all of.) And we've had the downloads going most of the day. Neat neat neat.
Dinner, however, was not so nice. I had noodles, and I just noticed that I'm hungry again. I hate eating breakfast. Or maybe I just hate being awake for all three meals. We desperately need to go to the grocery. Perhaps I'll go tomorrow while Magnus is at work and be all housewifey. *giggle* Or not. :) It's funny, because we typically do all of our shopping together. I don't know why. Magnus has lots of 'run-to-town-and-get-something-real-quick' runs sometimes, but we almost always do the shopping shopping together. I like that. It's much less boring that way.
The parents stopped by this afternoon. Dad wanted to see our new equipment, and see it in use. So I had the nice idea of plugging the other computer into the router to see if it'd work without doing major surgery on it, and guess what? It did! So Dad used it, and I tried to entertain Mom but failed miserable, so she went off to watch TV. Then they left.
Magnus used to complain that I got more mail than him. I told him that that was because I have mailing lists. He hmphed and snorted and continued to complain. Now he gets 100 messages every day from the mandolin board, and I feel completely mail-less. :( How pathetic.
We've got this ladybug problem. They've invaded us, and more specifically, they've invaded this room. A few minutes ago, one came buzzing at me and hit me in the ear and started flapping around. I hate it when they do that, and it seem that they do it constantly. I must have tasty ears.
