Marketing Opportunity.

There are two particular pop-culture marketing phenomenens out there right now, and I would be remiss not to even give them a cursory mention. I turned my head tonight and saw a particularly interesting envelope laying on top of the trash can today, and like any true nerd, I grabbed it and promptly scanned it so I would have something to blog about.

Is there absolutely nothing that can't be enhanced with the addition of green men and talking donkeys? I'm not all that horribly offended by the commercialism of it all, although I'm sure there are others who freak out about stuff like this. I thought it was quite funny. I can't help but wonder what's next, though?

Or.. wait. Maybe that's already happened..

Disclaimer: I almost didn't post this, even after I did the hasty photoshop job behind the cut. I was afraid someone might take me too seriously and think I was poking fun at things that ought not be poked fun at. I remembered the completely real Precious Moments version, though, and realized that I'm not making a joke at all--just commenting on what's already happened.

Well, I got a good laugh out of it, but I'm a known iconoclast.
