Produce Girl Strikes Back

If you've never had a donut peach, you really need to keep an eye out for them. They're shaped rather like a donut, hence the name. They're also known as Saturn peaches, it seems, from the sticker. I saw them at WalMart last night and it made me all happy. Take this from someone who peddled produce last year--it will be the best peach you will ever eat. Yum.

Now I'm a big peach fan and I trust your judgement but really, how the fuck can a peach be shaped like a donut????

Yeah, what she said!

Also, can we get them in Sweden or is this some newfangled funky bioengineered weirdness only available in the U.S. of A.?

I have no idea about availability in Sweden--I suspect that it might be limited. I've only seem them here twice... but then again, I never looked for them before I heard about them.

I wondered the same thing the first time I heard about them.

Wow, they look remarkably ill yet also remarkably delicious! Never seen them down here though...
