It's hard sometimes to have your heart and your happiness walking around outside of your body. I find it impossible to believe that there was ever a time when I didn't know you, for now I only feel like myself when you're near. You've helped me become the person I wanted to be but didn't know how, and you've done so by the sheer force of unconditional love--no judgements, no restraints. You are more than I ever thought I was worth.

Happy anniversary to the one who taught me not to settle for anything less than the best by being the best.
