Monday morning

I'm pre-sick. 99% sure that I'm getting what Magnus has had this weekend. Figures.. M is back at work this morning and presumably feeling better. (Haven't heard from him since he made it to work) Now I'm going to be sick and alone. ;) I have that slightly sore throat, lightly throbbing head, tiny bit congested thing going on. I'm really going to try to get the house cleaned up this afternoon.. if I'm going to be sick, I might as well have a nice clean house around me, and I certainly won't want to do it later. *whine* I've been sick all winter! It's not fair!

Monday night

I love the Daily Show. It really is the funniest thing on television. For some reason, I've been wondering about which television show I'd need to take with me if we moved to Sweden and I could pick one show to air there that's not already on. Where the heck do I come up with these questions? I said earlier that it'd be The View, but t think it must be this show. The sad truth is that we get most of our news analysis from the Jon Stewart.. rofl. :)

I managed to get a lot of my household chores done today. Still dishes to be done, though. :( Magnus and I do dishes together now. It was his job completely until a week or so ago. We decided that we would move it into a joint task. I really hate doing dishes and he doesn't mind it, but right now he's working and I'm not, so.. this way, all the dishes get done every night, instead of once a week or so, which was his preference and which drove me nuts (but not quite nuts enough to do them myself). Anyway, he's been sick this weekend, so there's a stack on the counter. Tomorrow, I guess. We did grocery shopping and stuff tonight, so ran out of time. It feels weird to have this feeling of getting sick but not actually being sick yet.. I was buying all sorts of comfort food in preparation.. hehe. :)

I really wish I could believe that I'm not really going to wake up sick tomorrow morning. The hubby is pestering me about bedtime, so have to end this now. Night!
