blahblahblah.
Mar. 22nd, 2006 10:05 pmMy last post was a monster, but now I have nothing to say. Work was okay, not as good as yesterday but better than the part I worked last week. I could tell you a story about the retired programmer who brought me some bulbs to plant from his garden but it requires too much backstory to be worth going into--something I learned when telling my dad about it on the phone. it was nice, though.. the husband will be busy planting things when it gets fractionally warmer.
We lit a fire last night for the first time. It was very cozy and nice. There is no furniture in our living room currently, so we had to move the couch in so we could sit in front of it. We have a plasma television plan for above the fireplace, but until that happens, the living room is set up in the dining room portion of the house. It's just marginally two rooms, though. So, now the couch is still sitting in front of the fire rather than the television, and we don't want to move it back because it's so NICE to have furniture in that room. There is just a never ending list of things that we need to spend money on. And we have money to spend on things around the house--but not enough money to spend on EVERYTHING around the house. The problem is not that money, but the prioritizing of said money and time (not a small part of it), and figuring out what we want to put first. We're waffling constantly between the living room and the bedroom.
This is such a dinky post that I hate to click the "Post entry" button but my eyes are closing of their own accord so again, I'm going to have to ask you to pretend that there was a thoughtful conclusion here. I have always been neglectful of the conclusions.
