happy june!

So far, the start of this long weekend has been full of work. I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off, trying to get packed and ready to go. Am I done? Well, no, but I have at least done a whole bunch of stuff that didn't technically need to be done before our weekend away. There is nothing like going on vacation to motivate me to do a bunch of stuff unrelated to travel. I wish I could just make myself focus that productivity into doing things that are related to going somewhere.

Anyway, Boyo and I are off to West Virginia tomorrow to meet up with the fabulous carrieb and big_bubba. We have to get an early start due to a few things we have planned along the way, so I can't even sleep in on my lovely day off. Ahh, well, the day will be loads of fun anyway. The hotel is supposed to have an internet connection and we're bringing the laptop, so I might post, might not.

So exciting! And now I must go throw some things in a Walmart bag and pretend like I'm done packing.

(Just kidding! Clothes are packed already... there are just a few incidentals remaining.)
