Sep. 18th, 2007 10:05 pmThere is always just so much to do and not enough time to actually do it. I have spent a few minutes this evening uploading pictures so that Evelyn's gallery is up-to-date,minus captions, but I still need to upload pictures and order prints for us and both sets of grandparents. I owe my mom some new pictures as her "payment" for watching the baby when I went in to work that day, and so far, M's parents don't have a single printed photo of the girl. I feel pretty guilty about that, really.
Yesterday, M sent his parents out to Lexington to do some shopping, and they went across town today to do some more shopping. M was going to send them to Mammoth Caves tomorrow, but I didn't think they sounded too thrilled with the idea so I prodded him into talking to them about it again and it turns out they'd rather just stick around a little closer to home and do some more shopping. Everything is so cheap, to them. :) Evelyn and I have stayed home because she is just not up for being out and about that long. She is a fantastic baby but she doesn't particularly care about going places, so we try not to force her out that much. It seems like that makes her behave better when we do go somewhere. Tonight, for example, we went out to eat and then to Home Depot and K-Mart and she barely made a peep until the very end. I have noticed that if I brag about how good she is, though, she stops being good, so I'll just end this paragraph now.
Insert conclusion here. I need to go wake up the baby and see if she'll at least eat more. Silly girl decided to nap at nine pm--this may very well be a long night.
