Jun. 3rd, 2008 11:11 pmEver run into people online (or offline) where it is SO OBVIOUS that they should not be married/dating to their current spouse/significant other? And you read these posts or listen to these stories and think about how what they have said makes no sense because it is NEVER going to work out the way they are thinking it will because (for example) their SO is scum, or maybe just that they clearly don't like each other. I don't understand people who marry someone they don't like and yet I see people doing it all the time. I don't get it. I know some people are just not co-dependent like M and I are, and that's totally cool.. probably healthier than we are.. but it seems like some people don't even want to spend time with their SO at all. Why even bother? Of course you can't really say anything when these situations come up because it's none of your business and probably you don't get the full story and all that... but it drives me crazy not to sometimes. You know I have problems keeping my honesty to myself.
... aaand I just realized that I let the registration expire on my car. #&@*#$! Now it costs more AND I have to go downtown to pay it. I was going to go on election day but I couldn't find the right paper as I was leaving. Turns out that the office didn't do any business unrelated to elections that day anyway so it was just as well, but I meant to come home and pay it that day. I hate it when I mess up the bills somehow. It makes me feel like a bad household manager. AND..is it even legal for me to drive the thing down there to pay it? Doubtful. Maybe I can do it Friday when my parents are in town. I guess that also means that I am homebound for the rest of the week. :/
Miss DorkoBaby has been a little restless so I think I should go on to bed before she wakes up (again).
