May. 26th, 2010 11:02 pmI got a haircut! And my eyebrows waxed! And I also got Evie's hair cut while I was at it! Fantastic. I had all that on my to-do list but haircuts with children is one of those things that I do not understand how people accomplish. At least not without duct tape and barbed wire and I am fairly sure that the authorities would frown upon this. It's too early to say for sure but I think I really like it. I kept most of the length, as I am digging my long hair again, and she thinned it down and put in a few long layers... I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks tomorrow.
When you print digital photos, why oh WHY do they not keep them in order? Or at least print the file name on the back in all that text they slap on there? I spent hours yesterday working on sorting through pictures that I printed back in November, and I had spent quite a bit of time on that project before. I have our album up to date (well, through what's been printed, anyway) and the other stack is in chronological order and ready for another album. I had to get that done so I can see where I am, and then come up with a set of pictures to bring with us to the inlaws. I am terrible about pictures, really. I have them but I don't SHARE them. Actually, I have been awful about taking pictures lately. My daughter is somewhat hard to take good pictures of now. She likes to CHEESE at the camera 20% of the time and the rest of the time, she refuses to look at the thing at all. I sort of gave up and I need to get back on it. I mean, there are days at a time that have not been properly chronicled! The horrors!
I need a nap. Guess now is as good a time as any.
