My hosting company is making it so hard on me to go easy on them. I finally sent them an email about the safe mode problem on Friday. I didn't really expect a resolution over the weekend, but Tuesday is over now, and I haven't heard a word from them. I've been going back and forth on whether or not to cancel my service with them, and I had finally talked myself out of it because it's going to be such a major, major pain, but then again, they're being a pretty serious pain right now, too. Can't win.

I don't know what's up with me but I've been seriously hungry for the last two days. Frustrating, especially when I'm at work and have no food. Since we have had absolutely no food in our house for days now, it has been particularly troublesome. Thankfully, we finally did the grocery shopping tonight, and have meals planned for the rest of the week so perhaps we can avoid that "I dunno, what do you want to have?" discussion like we usually do. Future dinner plans don't do much to distract me from my current hunger pangs, though. Argh.

M and I are a little weird. Do you know how you can tell if we're in a good mood? Insults. If we're both happy, we're incredibly mean to each other. I mean, it's clear that we're not serious, and I guess that's the key. When we're not happy, we're pretty daggone nice to each other. I'm not sure, based on that, whether or not happy is really what we should be trying to achieve...

We have similar "terms of endearment" insults going when we are happy as well. Though we try and keep it to ourselves as calling each other mean things is not viewed in quite the same way outside the walls of the apartment.

I know! People just get that vaguely uncomfortable look on their face when you call your spouse a nasty name! I don't get it!
