same_skyWe subscribed to a few magazines a while back to use up our paltry frequent flyer miles. Now I am totally and utterly overwhelmed with a surplus of reading materal. Wired is keeping me up late as it is, and that's not counting the others, or the stack of books I have to read. That's the problem with magazines. You have to read them. Life is just so hard for me, ya know. Yeah yeah, poor baby.
Usually I have a lot of energy on Monday nights and will come home and get a lot done, but I have just been hopeless tonight. M has been moody all day, he claims, so maybe it's the weather. Or maybe we both woke up in the middle of the night and had a terrible fight and fell back asleep without remembering that it happened. I guess that's unlikely, because neither of us is prone to midnight discussions. Although I have once or twice talked in my sleep, which I find extremely bizarre, but better than sleepwalking because that's some scary stuff. Just a word or two here and there, I think. M laughs at me because I often say "uh-uh" just as I fall asleep, and although he has woken me up to ask me what I'm disagreeing with, I never tell him. I can hear myself do it, and when he asks, I KNOW what it's about but I'm much too sleepy to actually use words, so I just grunt and fall asleep.
It occurs to me that there is a bathtub conveniently located within not-too-many feet of here, and I could be luxuriating in a sea of bubbles in less than ten minutes if I set my mind to it. Something to consider. Something else to consider is why I originally wrote "set my minds to it" because as far as I remember, I only have the one. M says I can use his Spongebob Squarepants bubble bath if I want.. ooh, luxury. I only have girly bubble bath, not cool dude bubble bath like Spongebob. (What? Doesn't your husband have Spongebob bubble bath?) When I was little I always had Mr. Bubble. It is SUCH the smell of childhood.
My husband took out the trash. YAY HUSBAND! (I only had to nag a little, but still, it's done and that's all that counts..)
