Hey, I live in the south. We don't cotton to fancy schmancy green mush around here (unless it's our collard greens!) (I've also never eaten collard greens.) That's actually kind of true, but it's not like I've never seen it in a restaraunt or anything.. my family might be more Southern-style cooks, but I could definitely procure myself some pesto if I wanted. ;) I might get around to trying it sometime..
