Sunday night

same_skyOh dear. Last night of vacation. This strikes me as A Bad Thing. On the other hand, the hubby is looking forward to the new job, except for the earliness of it all.
We gave in and went to the reunion today. Ran out of time to bake something, so I bought a strawberry shortcake at the grocery store before leaving town. This turned out to be worthless, as only one other person (I tried it) had any.. I might as well have saved my $5. Oh well. No big loss, I guess. It was fun but hot, humid, and well, yes, a little boring, if you must know. We went to WalMart tonight after visiting with the grandparents to return a crappily-constructed cooler that we just bought this week and haven't used--the lid doesn't close. Other than that.. just relaxing. It's been a slow, lazy week. Going to have to get busy with things tomorrow.
I had lots of things to write about, I thought, but turns out that I'd rather go nap. :)
