It was tight when it was just M and me, and I didn't have much stuff (relatively speaking) with me. I cannot imagine how they were living like that in that amount of space. They were young, I have to guess, judging from the appearance of their stuff. The second bedroom they added was carved out of part of the *kitchen*. We had a desk there when I was there, and the computers. Seriously, that's it.
Where is the time going to? It just seems like there isn't nearly enough time to get ready for Christmas this year. Less than two weeks! I am really, really hoping to get some serious shopping done today, and then maybe I will feel a little more okay with the whole holiday season. Now that I've announced my intentions, I'm not going to find a single thing for anyone. Isn't that always how it goes?
Oh! You should come with us! For some reason, the annual shopping trip that I take with my parents always involves a LONG stay at Macy's. They have good sales around Christmas (which, you really need a sale to buy anything there most of the time!) I was also going to tell you that the best way to get coupons from there is to give in and get a stupid credit card. We get one now and then for the discount, and then they snailmail spam you with good coupons from then on. You may have one already and know that, though.
