I was all angsty about what to write about, but then it occurred to me that I don't have to! I have 36 week, 4 day belly shots! These were taken by [livejournal.com profile] starrflowerr yesterday in her stealth photography mission. She had several other cute pictures but I had to email these home, and I think Networking would have frowned upon me emailing thirty megabytes of photos home to myself. I'll bring my USB drive tomorrow, if I remember it.

I'm standing there talking to [livejournal.com profile] queen_b980 at her desk. G's desk is the one on the corner, btw, if you want to stalk her. Mine is just on the other side of the one you can't see (where she's standng.) See how I am carrying papers? We just came from a meeting. See, we work. At planning parties. Note that I am wearing dress-code-violating tennis shoes. Very thankful for my special approval for that.

And here we have the picture of me at my desk (pardon my mess). I am posting it because my belly just looks silly, and also, I was interested to see that Look in my eyes. I think it's the Look that has prompted random strangers to begin stopping me to ask if I'm okay, and several of the men to laugh when they see me walk by, and for lots of people to make comments about how tired I look. I do look tired, as a matter of fact. I think that's because I am.

Yes on all counts, HH is right. One more thing though, ask your OB/GYN to show you exercises that can help reduce the swelling in the feet. One easy on is to just put your toes at the edge of a step and then go up on them and try to stand on your toes. It works the ankle and obviously the toes. Not a miracle exercise but it's good to do and can help.
