I hear you on the c-section thing. It wasn't what I wanted, but it's what ended up happening. You're right that the most important thing is that Evelyn's here, safe and sound. Hehehe...I thought of the episiotomy thing, too. Also, your post-partum bleeding should be quite a bit shorter than normal. Good deal. :)
