Congratulations on your little girl!! It sucks that you weren't able to have the birth-experience you wanted... and don't feel bad about having regrets even though your daughter is healthy and perfect and safe. It's natural to mourn the loss of something you had your heart set on.
If you haven't already, I really recommend finding the DVD "Happiest Baby on the Block". At least partially because of that DVD, Rhys was an exemplary baby and we were much more confident parents because of it.
I'm glad the breast-feeding is going well. I really hope that it continues that way. Given your rough start, you deserve to have it get way easier now.
