happy weekend smiles
There's the picture I should have posted last night. So sweet! She will smile when you really get her attention and talk to her now. Or tell her about the cow jumping over the moon, which is what's happening in the above photo. We bought a "I love Grandpa" and "I love Grandma" pacifier set the other day and I put in her grandpa pacifier and took her to Dad after I fed her last night. He didn't even notice what it said at first so the effect was somewhat ruined, but Mom and I thought it was cute. And Dad was pleased once he finally put his reading glasses on. ;) Ooh, surprise! Her grandmother and mother think she's cute! Whoop-de-do; alert the press.
I have insurance woes that I would like to rant about, but I have decided that I will take a break from even thinking about them until Monday because the person I need to talk to didn't answer her phone earlier. Do you think it's a good sign that I got a Cobra letter for Evelyn and her dropped insurance? No? I didn't think so. Insurance sucks, except for that part where they pay your medical bills, which makes it oh so hard to get rid of them completely...
Anyway, I guess I'll go back to getting a few things done, though my house is looking pretty good except for a few things in the kitchen and the vacuuming (both of which are M's tasks when he gets home.) I might go be crafty instead! I would vacuum--for the first time in a year because pregnancy rocked in this household--but I don't want to wake up the babe. I am pretty excited because it's the start of M's vacation tonight, and we have a fun weekend planned, and plenty of time for fun family togetherness next week.
