I'm glad it arrived in safety. :-) Chutney can be used very nicely as a condiment for curry, or you can use it in meat and/or cheese sandwiches. Those are the two basic uses I use it for. It works pretty well if you spread it over a (strong-flavoured... it'll overpower a delicate) fish fillet, wrap it in foil, then bake it. Would probably work for pork or chicken as well, though I haven't tried that yet.
