Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! It's pretty well over for everyone now, I guess, but I haven't really had time to write before. It's been a very busy week.. I'm looking forward to a nice, quiet day tomorrow putting everything back in place. Well. Need to go hit the WalMart sale tomorrow. Will have to borrow a car, though. I don't know if I mentioned that, but I don't think so. Both of our cars are fritzy, but the Mazda (my car) is the worst. M's is fine as long as he doesn't turn a lot of corners (something leaks. don't ask questions.) The Mazda has a belt issue of some sort. I really don't know a lot about our cars, just that I can't drive my car now and M's is going to need fixed soon.
My fingers are so cold that typing is hard. We left my grandfather's house earlier than anyone else because I have another rash on my neck that was driving me CRAZY. You might remember a while back I had spontaneous hives? I've had 'em off and on ever since, but this one that popped up on my neck today was a real bitch. I had on a new shirt with a very itchy tag, so that kept it irritated. I don't think it caused it, though. My aunt chased me down with hydrocortisone cream and my cousin sent me home with some sort of new-fangled cream.
It was a really nice Christmas, though. Both my parents and M did an excellent job with the presents for me, and I think we (and I) did pretty well for them, too.
My Stuff. Notable among these--I got a Gameboy from the parents. :) I feel like such a kid. M gave me a gift card to Barnes & Noble and a whisk from William Sonoma, among other things. Ever tried to find an undinky plastic whisk? Anyway. The purse was also one of the $5 ones.. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. The photo album in the bottom right was to both of us from M's sister.. she picked it up... somewhere in Asia--it's what Australian customs wouldn't allow into the country. Banana leaves. Behind it is a Precious Moments nursery clock--the nagging doesn't let up just because it's Christmas!
M's Stuff. He got bigger stuff and less stuff on sale, so it looks like a smaller pile, poor boy. The parents got him the mandolin case.. there was much happiness about this all the way around. MP3/CD player from me for all those long car rides. Several books and DVDs, and, of course, the Swedish fish. :)
I don't really know why we always need to take pictures of our stuff. :) I also have piles of pictures of all the kids in the family and every gift they've ever received.. or at least it seems that way. Anyway. I also spent a thousand hours wrapping presents, shopping and making candy this week, but I'm so tired of THAT I don't want to talk about it anymore. I think it's time to go play with my toys now. I hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday!

Yay for Christmas :)
I hope that case keeps M's mandolin safe and cozy.
I got a few nice shirts, a pair of really nice Bugle Boy pants, the pair of Rockports I've been eye balling for some time *hugs Mom tightly*, that Medal of Honor game, and a nice Dockers wallet to replace my not so old, but ugly one *grin* :)
