Yeah, losing cash would have been awful. I feel bad enough about it just being a check that can be fixed.
That's not a bad idea about hosting, except that I don't want to. ;) I can't even imagine the hassle of planning one of those events, especially since we live out of town and everyone would complain about the drive.
