I agree that kladdkaka is a real no brainer to make. Even my step kids love it. I just serve it with a little raspberry coulis and a bit of whipped cream to dress it up. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth, so if I make it, L-G eats it. Quite unfairly, he remains as skinny as a toothpick. So I hate him for that.
