Morning. Cold. 1 degree. Flat tire. Late for school. Fourth flat tire this year. Sick.

Day. Still sick. Really busy being someone else at work due to them having surgery this week, kind of fun though. Went out for Mexican for lunch. Still Cold. But food was yummy. Instagrammed it.

Evening. Sick some more. M cooked burgers for dinner. Evie talked, and talked, and talked, and sang, and then got out of the shower still covered in shampoo. Silly kid.

Night.Sleepy. More with the sick.

Still. Could be worse.

Four flat tires in one year?!? What is with the roads you drive on? Are they full of nails or broken glass or something?

We are not sure what the deal is. The tire place says they have had a LOT more business than usual with bad valves, leaks, etc, due to the cold. The first two were slow leaks, the second two have been rather sensationally flat. It's really weird.

Did they find a screw or nail in there or how did the other two get flat?

I drive through some pretty rough roads in Hartford. All the roads in Hartford are bad but there is now way for me to get to my office without going through some construction, no matter what route I take. So I'm not surprised when I get a nail or screw or something lodged in there.

Don't get me started on the potholes.
