I'd love to try making my own, but I don't have a pasta machine, and also, it's kind of a scary project, especially when we can buy a box of spaghetti for 55 cents. We don't have a lot of space, so I've tried to not buy one. :) We've been buying a bit of fresh pasta lately.. filled thing like tortellini. Do you make a large batch every so often and then put it in the fridge, or..?
