Ever wonder what M looks like without his beard?

I won't tell you what I said to make him laugh like that, because then you might not think of me as such a nice girl anymore.

Unhappy, that's how. ;) I took two pictures this morning so I could post them while he was at work, but he just looked so pitiful in both of them that I couldn't, in all conscience, bring myself to post them. He just looked like he had lost his best friend. And his dog. (It was not an entirely voluntary shearing, let's just put it that way. I don't think he's going to maintain it for even one more day--there was a big meeting today that he had to go to in Richmond. At a bowling alley. From 11 to 3:30. They didn't serve lunch. Or bowl. I don't really understand, but for some reason, no one called me up to ask my opinion. Weird.

In other news, there is no other news. I should be in bed right now, but I'm not sleepy. I'll regret it, but somehow I never learn. I've had a nice weekend.. very relaxed. I missed M, but it was rather nice to not have to go anywhere or do anything or see anyone. The hours of this job really suck, but it's better than when he sold cars. I'm not sure that's the best marker by which to measure success, but there you have it. Life in the Yayer household.

Ack! That's just wrong!!! He needs his facial hair! LOL! My sister's husband David shaved his mustache once when he was here and his upper lip is frightfully thin, so I hope he never does that again. At least M has a nice face regardless, it's just, well, you get used to it one way... Oh, and Yayer...cracks me up. Perhpas you should change the official spelling. Except, that would be wrong too. :)

I know! It's weird! It's cute but he looks so young. I feel like I'm robbing the cradle.. ;)

P.S. I think of you every time I open my kitchen cabinet. There's a can of stewed tomatoes in the front at a slight angle and I just can't see "stew" without finishing it with "lis". *grin*

Aww, how sweet!! I think of you when I'm in the grocery store picking up fruits and veggies...an entry you made about how perfectly good fruit goes to waste due to some silly blemish and people pick over it. I laugh at myself every time I pick through fruit to get the "best" ones. We're so silly! Kinda fitting though, that we think of each other when we look at food...PIE! Trevinos! *egrin* Ahh, but food is so good! I miss you, Chickles!!!

Yeah, he always looks a little kooky. ;) He absolutely hates it, and I think it's weird, although kind of nice. I guess it's to be a short-lived experiment.
