Not that I'm being overdramatic or anything, but life is suddenly worthwhile again. (I do have such a lovely flair for melodrama.)
I (too much free time, I guess) just reentered the flight details again at the site where I found $129 tickets and found something interesting. First of all, OUR flight is now $328 each. (This would be the site for US Airways.. which is who our tickets are with.) It was at $157, instead of $151, earlier.
But the really fun thing? All that time being annoyed at the $129 tickets? They were to La Guardia and not Newark! Don't ask why they felt the need to inform me of an alternate route. Well, actually, I guess if we weren't going to be catching an international flight, I wouldn't have minded going to another airport, but still. AND Expedia's cheapest relevant tickets start at $301 now. *muahahaha* Anyway, that means that my $151 is still valid, and even more, THE BEST RATE. I rock, I rule, I boogie, as my hubbywubby would say.
I don't really know why he says that, to tell the truth.
