Friday night
Jun. 14th, 2002 11:35 pmToday has been an almost worthless day off. Well. The evening wasn't too bad, but my baby was gone all day anyway until four! He had to go in to work to sell a car (can't really complain abou tthat, can I?) and then to a meeting. ;) So. I was bored and lonely and sad on our day off. I kinda feel like Friday is my day off too. :)
But this evening was nice. We went to WalMart, and then to La Finca's. We were headed to Pasquale's but they were ja:ttebusy. Too lazy for a dotted a tonight. That was how we did Swedish lessons when we first started. I'd forgotten about it, but it just popped out when I wrote that. It's funny what your mind remembers that you don't think you do. :) I guess that doesn't make much sense. Oh well, I can't care about that now.
We also spent some time outside on the front porch. M was sanding his mandolin and I was doing some cross-stitch. We've had a nice time when we were actually together.. it was just that earlier part of the day that sucked.
Oh, and yesterday. Nothing really special happened. :) I worked on things but nothing really came together the way it does sometimes, so I didn't actually get anything done, although I worked on lots of things. My baby sold a car, though! Yay! ;) If he sells another one tomorrow, he'll get a bonus. That'd be neat. :)
In any case, I suppose it's time to go to bed. Computer is being flickerier than normal. I've got some ideas on how to fix it, but I haven't bothered with it yet. Remind me about that tomorrow. Night folks!
