Sluggishness
May. 2nd, 2003 11:21 amI was just about to do the song thingies, but then I realized that I really don't feel like it. *grin*
That's actually been the theme of my entire week. I'm blaming it on hormones. I've been bored beyond reason, and unable to stay focused on anything long enough to accomplish something. The house is a mess, and I actually have worked on it a little every day but never get much of anywhere, especially because the next day, more junk has replaced the stuff that I already cleaned up. This place is really bad to look messy if one single thing is out of place, too, which doesn't help. And since we didn't do dishes last night, it's going to be messy no matter what. Well, unless I do them, but that would completely suck, wouldn't it, since we do them together. I have a few things on my todo list, none of which I feel like doing. I've had "balance checkbook" on my list for weeks, and I've pretty much decided to go through our homepage and either password-protect the old pictures or remove them entirely or remove most of it or something and do some general editing. I'm not sure why, but I started feeling somewhat vulnerable about it a while back. Not enough to go crazy with paranoia, just enough to do some editing. That's been on the list for weeks, as well.
We also have Kill Diablo (II) on the list.. *giggle* Pretty much the only time I play games is when M and I play network games. We joke all the time about how lucky he is, to have his wife play network games with him. *grin* We don't do it all that often, really, but every once in a while, we really get into it. We've played DarkStone an embarrassing amount. We both have excellent memories of entire evenings spent taking over the world via Age of Empires in Sweden, with chips and dip. We don't play that anymore, though. We always win.. it's just a matter of time. That makes it not as much fun! :) I saved my character files before I reformatted my program drive.. I do hope it works.. we never get that to work with DarkStone. I don't know why I never play games. It can be fun. It just feels like a huge waste of time.
Ooh!
ekatedid is back from deletion! Nifty! It was kind of weird because two of my lj friends deleted their journals within say, a week of each other. The funny thing was that the other one had only added me two days before, I added her back, and three entries later, she was gone. Anyway, welcome back!
