Busy, busy.
May. 20th, 2003 09:18 pmI had another visit with Dr. Bob today. I have nothing at all special to report about said visit.. the most remarkable thing was that I was out in 45 minutes, which is what he said last time it would probably be. They're extremely slow in there. My neck and back is a little sore.. I really hope that I'm not sore tomorrow like I was the day after my last adjustment, as I have to work.
After that, there was a visit to the post office and a drive-through banking. I always feel so American in the negative way when I go through the drive-through of a bank. That has not once stopped me, but I still think about it. I finally sent out the package to Sweden containing birthday presents for M's mom (April 13) and sister (May 13) and dad (May 25). Even the dad's gift will be late by the time it gets there. Eh, well, it'll all be fine, I'm sure. I realized, though, as I was filling out the customs tag, that I had misspelled my mother-in-law's name on the label. I do hope I don't get in trouble for that. :) I do have a reason, though. Her name is Gunnel. My sister-in-law (my brother's widow) is named Junell, so I always have to think about which has two Ns and which has two Ls. stewlis and mailed a postcard to M's best friend. The postcard was from Memphis, where we went for my Spring Break two years ago. Think we're bad at sending stuff out on time? :)
I also worked industriously on the client thingie tonight until I finished the front page, and you'll all be glad to know that it's coming out well. My personal preference is still for the original, but the update looks pretty good. Nifty.
And now, there are massive amounts of dishes and I suppose I have to help Magnus do them. They've absolutely gotta be done, so putting it off won't help matters. I seriously considered making fish sticks in a muffin pan tonight.. something is very wrong with this picture.
