What it's like to have a boy
Sep. 22nd, 2005 12:02 pmM was home from work this morning while I was at work (I am not, at this moment, therefore I am not blogging from work, if anyone is keeping score) for reasons I cannot go into because I HATE HIS JOB but can't blog about that obviously, but he won't be home tonight until I am in bed. Tomorrow, too, YAY! Or something.
Anyway. I sent him an email to ask him if he would change the lightbulbs in the bathroom and living room while he was at home, as I am much too short. He agreed that he would before he left, and then sent the following update in a subsequent mail:

I am putting in some serious hours on this lightbulb project. I've done some research about how many Swedes it takes to change a lightbulb, but I keep getting different answers. I also looked at how many mandolinists it taks, how many writers, how many nerds and how many Chinese boxers (for a comparative reference) but I can't seem to come up with a solid conclusion. It does, however, seem like most of my research points toward us needing a lot more people involved than just me.My husband makes me laugh every day.
