I know that I am a "libtard", as those fine folks over at M's scary gun forum* would say, and I certainly have no problem with homosexuality, but even I found this display of two mannequins at Macy's yesterday a bit questionable. In the privacy of your own homes, Mr. Headless Men! The privacy of your own homes! This is a family place!

What is going on here?
What is going on here?

*p.s. What is even more scary is that sometimes he explains things from their point of view and I realize that I am not as strongly pro-gun-law as I thought I was because my goodness, they are right. Sometimes. Usually I still think they are crazy.

I will never have a house where everything is put away, but I am still tired of some of the stupid things scattered about my house. Most of these things don't have a home, or need some sort of maintenance before they can be put away, or I need to use them for something specific soon. I was frustrated about the state of things, so I decided to put everything chronically out of place in this large clear tub. I've been throwing things in there for three days. The rule is that I must put away at least one item from this box per day, preferably more. To keep me honest, I will share my tub of shame with the internets, and I will document my progress as I go. I enjoy annotating photos upon occasion so this is as good an excuse as any to do that. :) It's a sign of my boring nature, and grown-up-ness, that the reward I get for doing this work is the work itself being done. Also, I plan to use this tub to store my fabric in because I am sick of seeing it piled in bookcases. We shall see if this works.
