He didn't forget, he just didn't care. *laugh* We did talk about that, though, because I saw some of the worst examples of footwear I have ever seen in my LIFE while we were there. What's up with the horrid shoes?! So, I felt alright about the white sneakers thing because it was much better than what everyone else was wearing. ;)

Yep, I totally agree about the footwear! I've never understood what the big deal about the white sneakers is anyway ... I mean, white is the natural color for sneakers, isn't it? And what better to wear if you're doing a lot of walking? Certainly not those pointy-toed, high-heeled monstrosities you see everywhere around here.

Of course, maybe my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt since I've been known on more than one occasion to go to town wearing --gasp-- a t-shirt and sweatpants. ;)

I made the mistake of asking G one time for his opinion on the different sneakers I was trying on. His response was, "They're white, they're American, what difference does it make, they all look the same." So I said, fine, I'll buy these gray/blue Adidas sneakers, then they aren't white or American! I proceeded to wear them all over Malmö, so there!

I love the pictures, Kisha. I can see the sun was out at some point during your trip - maybe you've broken the curse? ;-)
