(no subject)

I am fairly certain that I had something of interest to write about tonight, but I can't remember what that would be. Actually, I have done basically nothing else but read since I got home. I am pathetic, and deeply embarrassed, but not so reserved that I don't mind telling the internets about it. I just finished The Goblet of Fire, book 4, and all I gotta say is that a) I did not see that one particular thing coming and b) I did not approve. But other than that it was pretty good. I'm sure that you were all waiting with eagerness and joy to hear my deliberately vague, one-sentence review of a book published several years ago.

Tomorrow, it is Saturday, and the girl will be very lonely, as the boy has to work twelve (!!!) hours. (I did see that one coming, but I still don't approve.) I'm thinking of not reading all day long tomorrow, we'll see how that goes. It will be nice to have a day at home, at least. Next week is going to be busy busy.

I am so up past my bedtime. Better go take care of that.

I am SO having trouble resisting the temptation to just go ahead and find out who it is so I can stop worrying about it. I must admit that I will probably give in to temptation and flip ahead when I start reading it. Things like that stress me out.. I don't read mysteries either. ;) M said someone at work told him who died, and he said it wasn't who I guessed it was last night, but he would definitely lie about it, so it didn't tell me anything.

Okay, brief google search, if reliable, shows me that I am totally right about who dies. (Sorry, I couldn't stand it anymore.) And while I will be very unhappy about it, it totally makes sense for reasons I shouldn't say here for spoiler reasons, which is why I came up with that guess. Still, glad I found out because now I can stop worrying about it. Even if it's cheating. :)
