Monday night

same_skyI'm so looking forward to going to bed! Changed the sheets and just got out of the shower. Such a wonderful feeling when everything is all perfectly clean and fresh and straight.
Today has been busy. Mom called and invited me to go to Huntington with her and Aunt Rita, but I had stuff to do so couldn't go. Mainly laundry-we were out of all clothes. :) I also had bank and shopping errands to do. We were desperately out of toilet paper, for one thing!
It seems like most of the day was spent working on something or another, but now that I'm trying to remember what all that was, I can't. I made baked spaghetti for dinner, and it was pretty good. Just as we finished eating, Dad and Brad pulled into the shop driveway, and I asked if they wanted to eat. They came in and finished up, so now I don't have to worry about leftover spaghetti.. I hate leftovers, most of the time. :) Unless it's leftover broccoli casserole! I like that! :)
I was hoping that the hubby would be able to quit his job today so he wouldn't have to go to work on his birthday tomorrow, but it didn't quite happen. He needs to confirm a few things with the prospective employer first. Oh well. He did trade with Steve and now he'll be home at 7 instead of 9, so that's good at least. I said I'd make him a strawberry cake thing again. I guess I'll spend tomorrow doing that. Hopefully, it'll go more smoothly than last time.. I spent hours on the thing.
