House Update.

same_skyUmm, as it turns out... we are buying a house. The offer was accepted.. the realtor called this morning to say congratulations. We've scheduled a home inspection for Tuesday morning. If everything works out then and over the next month, then we.. we'll be moving next month. A house! Of our very own!

That is so fantastic! I hope all goes well over the next month. Do NOT freak out, you will be so glad you did this and as you say you can always sell it if you need/want to, it's not forever, but it might be. I'm so happy for you *hugs* :)
