same_skyHey, cool! I ordered something from Amazon last night, and was apparently too dumb to select the free shipping option. I noticed it this morning, that I had paid $5.97 for shipping accidentally, and... felt all sorts of dumb and bad. So, I... wrote to complain anyway, even though I knew it was my fault. (Don't you just love people like me?) And, it totally worked! They gave me a credit for the shipping even though I placed my order incorrectly. They sent me a slightly condescending email, but hey, six dollar error corrected, so who cares about the tone of their email? :) Not me!
Squeaky wheel, etc etc.
Oh, and one more thing? Boyo just mopped the kitchen and bathroom. I knew I married him for a good reason. It feels like an early Christmas present!
