FINALLY, Veronica Mars is back! They wrapped up a set of new episodes back before Thanksgiving or something, and tonight was the first new episode since then. And I have an inappropriate crush on VM so I am very happy about that. I may or may not have an Outlook reminder at work about it. I guess I like uninterrupted episodes but I do not love long, long breaks in between. But, she was a WHAT? This is why I hate mysteries. I never see anything coming. I guess that's why most people like them.

Did you know that you cannot buy butterscotch at our esteemed WalMart? What is WITH the groceries in this town? How can pregnant ladies get their required calcium if they deny us our ice cream and butterscotch? Luckily, Kroger still carries the essentials of life. Like butterscotch, and ice blue raspberry lemonade kool-aid (for the boy, not me) and banana peppers, all of which are things that Walmart boycotts. My family loves the Super Walmarts in comparison to the old-style Walmart that they have in my little hometown, which doesn't carry groceries, or do haircuts or change tires. I, however, think they suck, and I'm kind of sad that the little hometown is replacing its small Walmart with a gigantic one. But, what do I know, anyway? Don't answer that.

I loved the ending, was not so crazy about the teaser for next week. I really didn't want them to go there with Logan at all. Can't they just be normal for a couple of episodes??

Yeah, the grocery stores here are surprisingly awful. I can't get over it since the grocery stores in my hometown, which is a third this size and farther from food distribution centers, are much better. Do we not live in a capital city?

I just really don't think it will be fair if V holds his actions against him. He pined away for at least 6 weeks and he's a horny college student. It's not like when Ross and Rachel went on a break (didn't even really break up!) and he slept with a chick that same night. Of course, emotions aren't predictable.

I was really glad V decided not to give the monkey back. Sometimes you just don't know with her.

I'm glad we are hearing more about her perfect murder. I am assuming she killed Lamb, but I NEED to know. Why? Just because I do! I think we can totally count Landry out as the killer since it would be the very obvious choice. Probably can also rule out the TA. Maybe? Or mabye not.

I was glad to see Mac back! And now she kind of has a boyfriend! Yay!

What in the HELL was up with Dick throwing pictures of that esteemed body part over the balcony????? GROSS!

I thought I was going to gag when it looked like V was going for Piz. I just don't like him. That first joke the first time we met him that sounded racist but really wasn't really turned me off of him.

I love that they were Canada for the party. I've been to a Canada party and it was hilarious.

I just wish Erik hadn't been screaming from 9-9:50. It's hard to enjoy VM when you have a screaming baby being Ferberized and your husband won't let you go comfort the poor guy.

I almost wrote about VM to you in email this morning but then I thought you might not have gotten to watch it so I didn't want to spoil anything.

I talked about Ross and Rachael to M last night! It has so been done before. I am annoyed that they even went there with Logan because it's just so stupid. How can he be moping around if he's doing the dirty with these (two?) chicks, one of whom he.. apparently paid? WTF? Also, she KNOWS that Logan is the type to have affairs with random women to cover his hurts--see Kendall. (Not that that is a good thing to do or anything, but it does have precendent.) But more than all of that, they were broken up!!

Yay, Mac! Mac is the best.

I don't think it's Landry at all, either, though I loved the scene with him in a bar. I want to know about who she murdered, too! I don't even care who the murderer is right now as long as it's not Bronson. Because seriously, be nice to Mac. Mac has emotional trauma from her last murderer boyfriend. And speaking of ... well, anyway, Parker's line about her being the most ready to get out there as the most recent victim of sexual assault.. that was pretty funny.

I thought the Dick throwing pictures of his.. well, his dick, off the balcony was kind of hilarious. Gross, but so in character. I really can't stand him. He's disgusting.

About the next episode, I could have sworn that they used the word "hooker", hence the paid comment. I read a few pages of the televisionwithoutpity forum thread about last night's show and no one else mentioned it. Did I make that up? Was it just a bj from the skanky beach chick, and if so, who was the blonde chick? they keep mentioning Madison in the thread. I didn't really recognize her if so. I AM LOST. hehe.

No, you aren't crazy. They totally had the word hooker. I haven't read the VM TWP, but I know in the Lost forums they aren't allowed to mention anything from the preview clip.

Who was the blonde chick? You mean in the preview? My DVR cut off the last little bit of it so I think I missed that part. Madison? Isn't she dead? Or am I totally confused about who is who? I thought Madison was Duncan's girlfriend/baby-mama.

Okay. I thought I heard hooker (strange word to make up) so I'm glad to hear that I am not losing my mind. They apparently aren't allowed to mention it without blacking it out with a tag, but still.

Yeah, the blonde chick is in the preview and they are all talking like it's a given that he cheated/will cheat with her. Meg is Duncan's baby-mama, Madison is Mac's switched-at-birth sisterish person. I think. I don't usually read the forums except when I'm trying to figure something out (like, who the blonde chick was) so I don't know what I missed and the threads are so long that I don't have the time to read them all. I may have just misinterpreted that. I loved the kiss at the end but there's no way they're staying together, sadly.
