I just turned to my squawking baby, who was in the playpen because we both needed a break from the putting-her-to-sleep project, and I said, "Are you ready [to nap] now?" Without missing a beat, she shakes her head NONONONO.

(I have a film clip of this new "no" thing, it's adorable beyond words. Will post it eventually.)
