Mommy, is there such a thing as having too much fun?
Yes, Evelyn. There is. And do you know what happens to little girls who have too much fun? They fall asleep in the car at six pm, wake up crying at six thirty when removed from the car seat and cry until they are changed and nursed back to sleep.
Now the question is... when will she wake up? NO ONE KNOWS. Will it be in one minute because it's been three and a half hours and hey, that's a nice nap? Or will it be in three hours? Six? Ten? She is completely exhausted from two fun-filled days of camping with my parents (during the day only) and going swimming for the first two times so she could sleep all night... or she could wake up basically any time because her sleep cycle is messed up.
And that is why I am going to bed at 9:30. There will be more about my week later, I hope, and M's sister arrives tomorrow. Fun times!
