Magnus is laughing his butt off because he's playing this game, minding his own business, when his character stumbles upon a monster in a cage... and the monster is speaking Swedish. *laugh* It has English subtitles. He's been tormenting it for the last five minutes trying to get it to say some more things. (Enclave, btw.)

I installed the new forum without a single hitch, and so I'm working on getting it configured properly and stuff. I swear, when I get a chance, I'm going to actually make an effort to learn PHP. I've been incredibly impressed with every single script I've worked with. I should probably stop playing with it, though, and finish up the main design. I might work on that tonight. You know, now that I think about it, I don't design well in the daytime.

I've had a headache on and off all day. I think it's about the weather. It was sunny and 80 yesterday but is 40 and grey today. I tend to get this sort of headache when it's like that outside. This one was the worst I've had in a very long time, though.. but it's almost completely gone now. Just in time to do grocery shopping.. argh. :) Well, better Kroger than a headache, I guess!

It's a little frustrating because I'm always nagging Magnus to call his family and stuff, but they're never home anymore! Even more now.. the new phone cards we bought are 1.5 cents a minute to Sweden (instead of 4 cents or something.) That's much cheaper than it costs to call MY family, which is silly. Anyway, it seems they're never home anymore. I told him to call them now--it'd be 11:30 pm. They'll be home! (Asleep, but home..) It wasn't surprising that his sister was out at 8:30 on a Saturday, or his best friend, but parents should stay home every once in a while! :)

Hej, you should see the Swedish speaking monsters in this town! They are the "delightful" svenska kärringar who break my balls at Konsum every week!

Do you keep them in cages, too? :)

That's what we thought! It was so entirely unexpected. Game monsters never speak real languages!

We buy our phone cards from http://www.phonecardsavers.com. They have a LOT of different cards, and they're always switching the cards that they do have. You search for the best rate for the country you're calling, and it tells you the price. This particular card is the West Europe Saver. :)
