Monday night - Centrum för lättläst
Nov. 5th, 2002 12:50 amI have recently stumbled upon this website, which is The Center for Easy-to-Read [Material in Swedish]. "Vi skriver så folk förstår" and decided that I would try to use it. Actually, I found it when I was sick last week and thus haven't really worked at it one single minute, cause I just now remembered it (and this one, with downloadable and streaming broadcasts of Swedish news.. with easy language. Anyway.
The following paragraph is taken from the website (english section) of the Center for Easy-to-Read:
We address several groups of people, including the intellectually disabled, or those suffering from autism or aphasia, people who are dyslexic (have difficulty in reading and writing), people who are deaf from childhood, the elderly, immigrants and school children.
I wonder why this doesn't make me feel like the sharpest crayon in the box...
