wii contagion + getting out more

My parents bought a Wii. They bought it used from my cousin and paid a hundred bucks less than we did, and we paid retail. (Note: I TOLD him not to wait until after Christmas to sell! Oh well. Good for my parents that he didn't.) They also bought a charging dock from him and paid half of what we did. The bargain shopper in me just died a little. I think it's so funny that she bought it, though. My mom enjoys a rousing Super Nintendo session now and then, but that's about as high-tech as it gets until now.

Baby and I had a nice day together. After her lunchtime nap, we headed off to get my ring checked, stop by the bank and take some stuff back to WalMart. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I have to admit that we rarely go places. I just don't LIKE taking her places by myself. It's so much easier than it used to be but I am a) lazy and b) antisocial. Seriously, I rarely went places even when I was home alone without her. It makes me feel good when I go get out, though--I should probably make an effort to do it more often. Maybe I should even find a playgroup. HA! Seriously, I just do not like people well enough to get into that right now. Maybe later.

Did you know that it is VERY DIFFICULT to sew while wearing your very active baby? I do not recommend it in the slightest.
