same_sky1. Do you like talking on the phone? Why or why not?
Not much. I talk to certain people on the phone and don't mind, but they're somewhat few and far between. My parents and Magnus, for the most part.
2. Who is the last person you talked to on the phone?
I'm on hold with my mom right now.. laugh.
3. About how many telephones do you have at home?
Two statationary phones (computer room and bedroom) and one cordless, plus two mobile. It's ironic, in a way, that we have so many phones and we talk on them so seldom, except to each other.
4. Have you encountered anyone who has really bad phone manners? What happened?
Nothing much other than just telemarketers.
5. Would you rather pick up the phone and call someone or write them an e-mail or a letter? Why or why not?
Email! Almost always. I like to be able to work things out in my head and edit them until it sounds just right. I've always been like this.. I've been guilty of sending letters to people that say a little too clearly how I feel. When I was seven and learned that we were going to move to Georgia, for example, I wrote my dad a letter claiming that he had "runt" my life. In retrospect, I can see how that would make him feel awful and it makes me feel bad just thinking about it. The problem, of course, is that people can keep the letters and reread them and get mad all over again.. ;)
